Golidocitinib Versus Placebo as Maintenance Therapy for Peripheral T-Cell Lymphoma
This trial is testing golidocitinib, a JAK1 inhibitor taken as a daily pill, against a placebo as maintenance therapy for patients with peripheral T-cell lymphoma who achieved a response after first-line chemotherapy and are not candidates for or have declined stem cell transplant. It is open to patients with PTCL-NOS, AITL, ALK-positive ALCL, or follicular T-cell lymphoma. Patients are randomly assigned to golidocitinib or placebo, and neither patients nor doctors know which they are receiving. This trial does not currently have sites in the United States.
