Peripheral T-Cell Lymphoma

This trial is testing golidocitinib, a JAK1 inhibitor taken as a daily pill, against a placebo as maintenance therapy for patients with peripheral T-cell lymphoma who achieved a response after first-line chemotherapy and are not candidates for or have declined stem cell transplant. It is open to patients with PTCL-NOS, AITL, ALK-positive ALCL, or follicular T-cell lymphoma. Patients are randomly assigned to golidocitinib or placebo, and neither patients nor doctors know which they are receiving. This trial does not currently have sites in the United States.

This trial is studying whether high-dose chemotherapy followed by a stem cell transplant using the patient's own cells improves survival compared to observation alone in patients with peripheral T-cell lymphoma who achieved a complete response after initial chemotherapy. It is open to several PTCL subtypes including PTCL-NOS, angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma (AITL), and ALK-negative anaplastic large cell lymphoma. This is a Phase 3 randomized trial, meaning patients are randomly assigned to either receive the transplant or continue with standard observation.
