Hepatosplenic T-Cell Lymphoma

This trial is testing DR-01 for patients with enteropathy-associated T-cell lymphoma, extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma, hepatosplenic T-cell lymphoma, monomorphic epitheliotropic intestinal T-cell lymphoma, peripheral T-cell lymphoma not otherwise specified (PTCL-NOS), or subcutaneous panniculitis-like T-cell lymphoma at various stages of their disease. This is a Phase 1/2 trial, which means researchers are determining the best dose and getting early information about effectiveness. Patients are randomly assigned to different treatment groups. This trial is available at 15 locations in the United States. The trial is currently recruiting patients.

This trial is testing a hypomethylating agent (azacitidine or decitabine) based regimen for patients with angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma (AITL) or TFH lymphomas, anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL), cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL), enteropathy-associated T-cell lymphoma, hepatosplenic T-cell lymphoma, monomorphic epitheliotropic intestinal T-cell lymphoma, peripheral T-cell lymphoma not otherwise specified (PTCL-NOS), or subcutaneous panniculitis-like T-cell lymphoma whose disease has come back or stopped responding to prior treatment. This is a Phase 1 trial, which means researchers are finding the right dose and this is among the earliest testing in patients. Patients are randomly assigned to different treatment groups. This trial is available at 1 location in the United States. The trial is not yet open for recruitment.

This trial is testing CAR-T cell therapy (genetically modified immune cells) for patients with angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma (AITL) or TFH lymphomas, anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL), cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL), enteropathy-associated T-cell lymphoma, hepatosplenic T-cell lymphoma, or subcutaneous panniculitis-like T-cell lymphoma whose disease has come back or stopped responding to prior treatment as well as those who have responded to prior therapy and may receive maintenance treatment. This is a Phase 1 trial, which means researchers are finding the right dose and this is among the earliest testing in patients. Patients are randomly assigned to different treatment groups. This trial is available at 1 location in the United States. The trial is currently recruiting patients.

This is a research study collecting clinical information and/or biological samples from patients with angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma (AITL) or TFH lymphomas, anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL), adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma (ATLL), cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL), enteropathy-associated T-cell lymphoma, extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma, hepatosplenic T-cell lymphoma, monomorphic epitheliotropic intestinal T-cell lymphoma, peripheral T-cell lymphoma not otherwise specified (PTCL-NOS), subcutaneous panniculitis-like T-cell lymphoma, or T-cell prolymphocytic leukemia at various stages of their disease to advance understanding of these diseases and improve future treatments. No experimental treatment is given as part of this study. This trial is available at 26 locations in the United States.
