T-Cell Lymphoma Clinical Trials: A Clearer Path

This trial is studying whether high-dose chemotherapy followed by a stem cell transplant using the patient's own cells improves survival compared to observation alone in patients with peripheral T-cell lymphoma who achieved a complete response after initial chemotherapy. It is open to several PTCL subtypes including PTCL-NOS, angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma (AITL), and ALK-negative anaplastic large cell lymphoma. This is a Phase 3 randomized trial, meaning patients are randomly assigned to either receive the transplant or continue with standard observation. This trial is testing Soquelitinib for patients with angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma (AITL) or TFH lymphomas, anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL), or peripheral T-cell lymphoma not otherwise specified (PTCL-NOS) whose disease has come back or stopped responding to prior treatment. This is a Phase 3 trial, which means the treatment is being compared to the current standard of care to determine if it works better. Patients are randomly assigned to different treatment groups. This trial is testing Belinostat and Pralatrexate either alone or in combination with CHOP chemotherapy for patients with various types of peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) who have been newly diagnosed and have not yet received treatment, as well as those whose disease has come back or stopped responding to prior treatment. This is a Phase 3 trial, which means the treatment is being compared to the current standard of care to determine if it works better. Patients are randomly assigned to different treatment groups. The study looks at both safety and how well the treatment controls the lymphoma. This trial is available at 11 locations in the United States.
