This trial is testing Aclarubicin for patients with angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma (AITL) or TFH lymphomas, anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL), or peripheral T-cell lymphoma not otherwise specified (PTCL-NOS) who have been newly diagnosed and have not yet received treatment as well as those who have responded to prior therapy and may receive maintenance treatment. This is a Phase 2 trial, which means researchers are studying how well the treatment works and monitoring for side effects. This trial does not currently have sites in the United States. The trial is not yet open for recruitment.

- Newly diagnosed, not yet treated
- Must be well enough for treatment (adequate performance status)
