A Study of Duvelisib Versus Gemcitabine or Bendamustine in Participants With Relapsed/Refractory Nodal T Cell Lymphoma With T Follicular Helper (TFH) Phenotype

This trial is testing duvelisib (PI3K inhibitor) compared with gemcitabine or bendamustine for patients with angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma (AITL) or other nodal T-follicular helper (TFH) lymphomas whose disease has come back or stopped responding to prior treatment. This is a Phase 3 trial, which means the treatment is being compared to the current standard of care to determine if it works better. Patients are randomly assigned to different treatment groups. This trial does not currently have sites in the United States. The trial is currently recruiting patients.

- Lymphoma came back or did not respond to prior treatment
