Golidocitinib in Patients With Mycosis Fungoides/Sézary Syndrome and T-Cell Large Granular Lymphocytic Leukemia

This trial is testing Golidocitinib for patients with cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL), including mycosis fungoides or Sézary syndrome who have been newly diagnosed and have not yet received treatment as well as those whose disease has come back or stopped responding to prior treatment. This is a Phase 2 trial, which means researchers are studying how well the treatment works and monitoring for side effects. Patients are randomly assigned to different treatment groups.
