CD30 CAR-T in the Treatment of CD30 Positive Lymphoma

This trial is testing CD30-directed CAR-T cell therapy (patient's own T cells engineered to attack CD30 on lymphoma cells) for patients with various types of peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) whose disease has come back or stopped responding to prior treatment. This is an early Phase 1 trial, which means this is among the first tests of the treatment in patients, focusing on safety and dose. Patients are randomly assigned to different treatment groups. The study looks at both safety and how well the treatment controls the lymphoma. This trial does not currently have sites in the United States.

- Lymphoma came back or did not respond to prior treatment
- Must be well enough for treatment (adequate performance status)

What's being tested
chimeric antigen receptor gene modified T cells (DRUG): The rate of intravenous infusion of CD30 CAR T cells was 10 mL to 20 mL/min, and the infusion was performed using a blood transfusion apparatus with a filter screen. Use saline rinsing tube prior to infusion; Rinse the infusion bag with 10 mL\~30 mL normal saline.
