This Phase 1, Phase 2 trial is testing CD7 CAR-T cells infusion for people whose cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (skin lymphoma) has come back or has not responded to previous treatment. The study starts with lower doses to find the safest effective dose before testing in more people. This trial does not currently list US sites.

What's being tested

CD7 CAR-T cells infusion (DRUG): Approximately 3-5 days prior to CD7 CAR-T cell infusion, subjects are treated with FC regimen (fludarabine and cyclophosphamide) for lymphodepletion. CAR-T cell infusion are performed 48 h after completion of chemotherapy.
