This trial is testing sintilimab (anti-PD-1) added to the P-GEMOX chemotherapy regimen for patients with extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma (ENKTL) who have been newly diagnosed and have not yet received treatment as well as those whose disease has come back or stopped responding to prior treatment. This is a Phase 2 trial, which means researchers are studying how well the treatment works and monitoring for side effects. Patients are randomly assigned to different treatment groups. This trial does not currently have sites in the United States. The trial is currently recruiting patients.
