Selinexor, Anti-PD-1 Antibody and P-GemOx Regimen in R/R NKTCL

This trial is testing Selinexor for patients with extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma (ENKTL) whose disease has come back or stopped responding to prior treatment. - Age 14 Years to 75 Years years
- Lymphoma came back or did not respond to prior treatment
- Must be well enough for treatment (adequate performance status)
