Primary endpoint: Incidence, severity, and type of treatment-emergent adverse events (TEAEs); Pharmacokinetics in peripheral blood; Pharmacokinetics in peripheral blood; Pharmacokinetics in bone marrow; Pharmacokinetics in bone marrow; Recommended Phase 2 Dose (RP2D) regimen finding
