Study of Oral Administration of LP-118 in Patients With Relapsed or Refractory CLL, SLL, MDS, MDS/MPN, AML, CMML-2, MPN-BP, ALL, MF, NHL, RT, MM or T-PLL.

This trial is testing LP-118 for patients with T-cell prolymphocytic leukemia (T-PLL) who have been newly diagnosed and have not yet received treatment as well as those whose disease has come back or stopped responding to prior treatment. This is a Phase 1 trial, which means researchers are finding the right dose and this is among the earliest testing in patients. Patients are randomly assigned to different treatment groups.
