CD30 CAR for Relapsed/Refractory CD30+ T Cell Lymphoma
Plain-language summary
This trial is testing CD30-directed CAR-T cell therapy (patient's own T cells engineered to attack CD30 on lymphoma cells) for patients with various types of peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) whose disease has come back or stopped responding to prior treatment as well as those who have responded to prior therapy and may receive maintenance treatment. This is a Phase 2 trial, which means researchers are studying how well the treatment works and monitoring for side effects. Researchers want to learn whether this approach can help control the lymphoma. This trial is available at 2 locations in the United States. The trial is currently recruiting patients.
Who can join (key eligibility)
- Age 18 Years to 99 Years years
- Lymphoma came back or did not respond to prior treatment
Final eligibility is determined by the trial team. This list is a starting point only.
What's being tested
ATLCAR.CD30 T cells (BIOLOGICAL): Autologous T Lymphocyte Chimeric Antigen Receptor cells targeted against the CD30 antigen at dose of 2 × 10\^8 CAR-T/m\^2 with a maximum dose of 5 × 10\^8 CAR-T cells | Bendamustine (DRUG): 70 mg/m\^2 administered IV for 3 days for lymphodepletion 2-14 days prior to first cell infusion | Fludarabine (DRUG): 30 mg/m\^2 administered IV for 3 days for lymphodepletion 2-14 days prior to first and second cell infusion | Cyclophosphamide (DRUG): 300 mg/m\^2 administered IV for 3 days for lymphodepletion 2-14 days prior to second cell infusion and 2-14 days prior to the first cell infusion for subjects who have previously had hypersensitivity to bendamustine
