Cytotoxic T-Lymphocytes for EBV-positive Lymphoma, GRALE

This trial is testing EBV-specific T cells (immune cells trained to attack Epstein-Barr virus in lymphoma cells) for patients with extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma (ENKTL) whose disease has come back or stopped responding to prior treatment as well as those who have responded to prior therapy and may receive maintenance treatment. This is a Phase 1 trial, which means researchers are finding the right dose and this is among the earliest testing in patients. Patients are randomly assigned to different treatment groups. This trial is available at 3 locations in the United States. The trial is currently recruiting patients.

EBV-specific T cells: A (BIOLOGICAL): Patients may receive cells with or without lymphodepletion.
